Our beautiful asoka yoga sandbags featuring a mandala aum design, enable your muscles to relax and will ground your energy.  Essential in especially Yin and Restorative yoga, our sandbags can be used to deepen yoga postures and enhance stretches.

Under the weight of a sandbag, you experience passivity in your body in an amazing new way.  Filled with multi coloured round pebbles instead of sand ensures that the weight is more evenly distributed,  with an additional benefit of not feeling cold against your skin.  Made with a soft removable 100% cotton outer and a zipped inner nylon cover.
