Every transaction should result in a pleasant, convenient and successful shopping experience. Therefore we encourage you to please read below and understand more about our return and refunds policy.

As the items we sell are of personal nature (jewellery, bags, clothing, etc), we unfortunately cannot offer a return and refund on them without a valid reason such as incorrect dispatch, delay in dispatch and insufficient quantity.

In the rare circumstances that we have issued you with incorrect* or damaged goods, we will be happy to correct the error. In such a case, you must report stock errors* and damages within 48 hours of receipt of such products and provide us with a tracking number of returned items within 5 days of receipt of such products. Failure to do so will result in you being liable for all costs incurred with the exchanging or replacing products or cancellation of the refund as the case maybe.

*despite every effort is made to accurately duplicate each product’s color when scanned to our website or while describing a color family, actual colors may vary. Due to monitor and/or video card differences, subtle variations in color and surface texture may not be fully revealed. The colors on your screen may not be an accurate depiction of the actual color. Product photos and color family guidelines should be used as a guide only. Customers must accept that any slight variations occurring between the actual color and texture, and the representation on our website, will be acceptable. Variations can and will occur between the product photo, color family mentioned and what is shipped and will not be considered as an “incorrect” issue of product.

In case of damaged products, we will try our best to replace the goods with a brand new one, however should the product be out of stock, we will refund you the value of the product and the cost of the shipping. We are unable to refund any bank charges/credit card charges/ eft charges incurred on the transaction. Please note that no products will be exchanged/ refunded if they have been damaged due to in-correct use and/or not following the care instructions that clearly accompany each product. This includes but is not limited to the wash care instructions of each item as applicable.

We take utmost care in our packing as we do in making and sourcing our products. We ensure they are properly packed to endure the tough journey to make it safely into your hands. Therefore, we are not responsible for goods damaged in transit by the courier/post services and hence encourage you to take out insurance on high value item which can be arranged at a nominal charge if you request us.

All orders are chosen on the basis of product attributes you select and are packed and shipped according to the selections and entries you have made. If no selection for special packing and delivery has been made where such a service is offered, the product will be packed and shipped in standard packing applicable to the product for delivery. We will not be liable for any orders that have been selected incorrectly by the customer. In such a case, products may be exchanged in unused, unopened and original packing only for an article of equal or higher value but products cannot be returned for a refund. All costs associated with the goods being sent back to us in original packing/un-used and un-opened condition will be at buyers account. Buyer must notify us of his/her intent to exchange within 48 hours of receipt of the goods otherwise the transaction will be closed. Exchange will only be valid once the difference in the payment has been made (if applicable), goods have been returned to us in their unused, unopened, original condition. We will not be responsible for the loss of goods being returned by the customer in transit and hence you are advised to take insurance accordingly while returning goods. New shipping charges for the transaction will be applicable. This exchange is only valid once and customer may-not do so again on the same transaction. Payment for orders will not be refunded. We reserve the right to charge a 2% admin fee on the total order cost if such an exchange is made.

The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods received from our suppliers does not meet our standards. Should we exercise this right, you will receive a full refund with no deductions within 30 days of payment. Please note that this option is not applicable if you are returning/exchanging your products as per terms mentioned under “product exchanges or errors in selection by customer” , if the product of your choice during exchange is not available, please choose another product.

Please note that all “on-sale” or “discounted” items are sold on non-returnable basis and therefore we encourage you to ask us about any doubts you may have about the product before buying. We will be happy to address your query. Some other items are sold on a non-returnable basis, which will be indicated as such in the description of the product.
