The cotton fabric adds a gentle grip and a cozy warmth, enhancing both comfort and stability during your practice.  This restorative bolster is commonly placed under the length of the spine to promote expansion of the lungs for deeper breathing.

Place the bolster under the knees in savasana to deepen relaxation.  The bolsters are rectangular with dimensions measuring 70 x 28 x 15 cm.
