How to use

Place the pillow on the floor and slowly lower yourself onto it. Lay a thin sheet over the pillow until your skin gets used to the spikes. Initially limit your time to 10 – 15 mins, then build up to 20 – 30mins. Use as often as you need – preferably daily.

Don’t be alarmed if your skin feels warm and tingly, and it’s perfectly safe to fall asleep for a while. If you are uncertain, always consult your doctor. Keep away from children!
